Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Agreement') constitute a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between you (the client, student, candidate, or site user) and AMR Structural Engineering ('AMR', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing our website, contracting our engineering consultancy services, or registering for our professional engineering training modules, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease all usage of our services.

AMR provides professional structural engineering and architectural consultancy in compliance with local regulations and the National Building Code (NBC) of India. Our services include: • Licensed Structural Design: Sizing of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and steel trusses, utilizing advanced mathematical calculations (FEA) and software suites. • Professional Stability Certifications: Structural drawings and stability certificates are provided and signed only by our certified Licensed Structural Engineers (LSE) registered under the respective urban development and municipal authorities. • Deliverables Validation: Preliminary sketches, digital models, and visual renders are provided strictly for layout review. Structural designs are valid and ready for construction only upon delivery of signed and sealed blueprint sets bearing our official engineering registration stamp.

Our engineering design drawings are compiled to meet the specific municipal building regulations and statutory approval workflows of the target state: • Andhra Pradesh: Designs comply with the Andhra Pradesh Building Rules (including APCRDA, DTCP, and GVMC parameters), focusing on floor area ratio (FAR), parking provisions, set-backs, and structural safety criteria. • Telangana (TG-bPASS): Drawings submitted for properties in Telangana are optimized for the TG-bPASS (Telangana Building Permission Approval and Self-Certification System) online submission parameters. Clients acknowledge that they bear full liability for the site inputs provided for TG-bPASS self-certifications. • Karnataka (BBMP / Municipal Bye-Laws): Designs within Karnataka comply with the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Building Bye-laws, the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, and related zonal regulation norms. We provide necessary structural stability certifications required to apply for building permissions and subsequent Occupancy Certificates (OC). • RERA Compliance: In accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, AMR works with developers to provide accurate structural schematics and carpet area calculations as legally mandated for public disclosures.

AMR provides intensive, professional master study courses in structural engineering analysis, covering AutoCAD (2D drafting), ETABS, STAAD PRO, and SAFE. All student enrollments are governed by the following covenants: • Software License Compliance: Candidates registered for training modules must configure and utilize software licenses in strict compliance with the End-User License Agreements (EULA) established by software developers (Autodesk, CSI Computers and Structures Inc., and Bentley Systems). AMR does not supply, distribute, or condone the use of unauthorized or cracked software packages. • Curriculum Intellectual Property: Lecture slides, structural drawing models, CAD template files, course worksheets, and custom training databases provided by AMR are proprietary intellectual property. Students are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for self-study. Any commercial reproduction, resale, or distribution of AMR training assets is strictly prohibited. • Academic Honor Code: Plagiarism in model submissions, structural design assignments, or certification tests will lead to immediate course termination and revocation of internship certificates without refund.

• Project Consultancy: Billing structure, milestone payments, and deliverables are detailed in the formal project proposal or quotation. All CAD source files, calculations, and signed structural blueprints are released only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. • Training Course Tuition: Enrollment fees must be paid in full or according to approved installment plans prior to commencing class modules or registering for internships. • Refund Policy: Due to the high value of proprietary engineering models and intellectual training curricula, all payments made for active consultancy services or student enrollments are strictly non-refundable once work begins or digital access keys are distributed.

• Contractor Execution: AMR designs structural systems to withstand defined physical forces under calculations based on the NBC of India. We are not liable for execution errors, poor material quality, structural alterations, or deviations made by contractors or builders on the physical site that do not align with our stamped structural drawings. • Input Data Dependencies: Our computations are directly dependent on the accuracy of soil reports, boundary maps, and loading criteria provided by the client. We bear no liability for failures arising from falsified or inaccurate client site specifications. • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AMR's total liability under any contract, negligence claim, or dispute shall be strictly capped at the total fee paid to us by the client for the specific project under dispute.

This Agreement, its interpretation, and any disputes arising from our engineering consultancy or student training programs shall be governed by the laws of India, with specific statutory reference to the state municipal laws of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. Any legal proceedings, arbitrations, or claims arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India.
